This 6 week Strength program is designed with your growth in mind. We will be doing the same movements focusing on range of motion, increasing our weight over time and truly building a foundation for you to grow upon. During the 6 weeks you will be given core exercises as well as cardio to make this a well rounded program for you. This is programmed for 6 days. 5 days being strength, 1 day being HIIT style workouts and the last day being a rest and recovery day. This is for more advanced athletes who have experience with lifting and want to take it to the next level. The option for 6 days is there but at your discretion how many days you choose to do. For best results, follow program as prescribed
