This 6 week Strength program is designed with your growth in mind. We will be doing the same movements focusing on range of motion, increasing our weight over time and truly building a foundation for you to grow upon. During the 6 weeks you will be given core exercises as well as cardio to make this a well rounded program for you. This is programmed for 6 days. 5 days being strength, 1 day being HIIT style workouts and the last day being a rest and recovery day. With that said, you can start with 2-3 days a week and build up to the intensity of the 6 day program. This truly is at your discretion. Challenging yourself without overdoing it is the key
